Ordaria helps Etsy shop owners manage order processing, fulfillment tasks, shipping follow-ups, and post-purchase support. This Privacy Policy explains what data Ordaria may access, how that data is used, and how users can request deletion.

Data We Access

When a shop owner connects an Etsy shop through OAuth, Ordaria may access information permitted by the user, such as shop details, order details, receipt and transaction information, fulfillment status, shipping-related information, and operational notes created in Ordaria.

How We Use Data

Ordaria uses shop and order data only to provide seller workflow features, including order review, fulfillment coordination, shipping follow-ups, and post-purchase support organization.

What We Do Not Do

• We do not sell personal data.
• We do not scrape Etsy pages.
• We do not bypass Etsy checkout or payment flows.
• We do not claim endorsement, certification, or partnership with Etsy, Inc.

Data Sharing

Ordaria does not sell user data. Data may be processed by service providers that help us operate the application, such as hosting, database, security, and customer support providers. These providers may process data only for the services they provide to Ordaria.

Data Retention

Ordaria retains connected shop data only as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, or maintain security. Users may request deletion at any time.

Disconnecting Etsy

Users can revoke Ordaria access from their Etsy account settings or contact us at support@ordaria.com. After access is revoked, Ordaria will no longer receive new data from that Etsy shop.

Data Deletion Requests

To request deletion of Ordaria account data, email support@ordaria.com from the account email address and include the connected shop name. We will process verified deletion requests within 30 days unless retention is required by law or security obligations.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect user data. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
